Our own Loudmouth Rena Jae has been putting her body through an intense training regime for the past few months as she gears up for the latest iteration of the Lloydminster Proving Grounds.  Physically, she's prepared for anything she could face when she steps into the ring.  Mentally however...she needs some serious work with the smack talk.
