2012: Rockin' New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! This pic is of me and sessie Miss Erin Miller (of the Goat's "Morning Breath"). We had such a blast at Phunkin Gruuve's New Year's Bash! It's been a long time since I've had the night off (for NYE) - and while yes, technically, Erin and I were MCing the event - boy, it sure didn't feel like work! I want to make mention of Lloydminster's rad live music scene & venue: Phunkin Gruuve. It was great to see people coming out to support local musicians. Reminds me of a few bars back home that I used to frequent... I know that more events like this NYE bash need to happen, and for everyone in Lloyd who enjoys a thriving rock n roll culture (or hell, any sort of music scene) we need to show more support before we lose it.

You don't know what you've got til it's gone - 2012 is going to be deadly, I just know it!
