Public Invited to Pre-Budget Consultation Meetings

Leon Benoit is holding a second-round of pre-budget consultation meetings with the public from February 21 to February 24. The Vegreville-Wainwright M-P held the first round of meetings throughout the constituency a month ago. Families, farmers, and businesses are invited to talk about what they would like to see in the upcoming federal budget. Most of the gatherings will take place in schools and everyone is welcome to attend and Benoit says it’s great for adults to see how informed students are on the issues. On the other hand, he says students are able to get the perspective from older generations as well.
