I've been a fat guy since high school. Now, I'm 28, 300 pounds, and tired of huffing my way up the stairs of the Atrium Center. Thankfully, the folks over at Motion Fitness are going to help me do something about it, and you get to follow along. See what it's like for a regular guy like me to have to learn about exercise programs, diet plans, and all the other fun stuff that comes along with getting in shape.
